Shipping
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is always free on every Milkmen purchase delivered within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or regions outside of the United States please send an email to orders@milkmenfoam.com and request a shipping quote.
When will my order ship out?
All Latex Toppers ship out within 2-3 business day. Top of bed products such as comforters, wool toppers and pillows ship out within 1-2 weeks. Mattresses and Organic Cotton Covers ship out within 1-2 weeks. All products ship through Fedex/UPS ground and are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days. Some Mattresses are shipped through Freight and are estimated to be delivered within 10 business days.
Where do you ship from?
We usually ship our products from our warehouse located in Chatsworth/Los Angeles, California.
Can I pick up an order from your warehouse?
No, we do not currently offer will call pick up from our warehouse.
How are the products packaged?
Our latex toppers are softly rolled up (not compressed) and wrapped in plastic and are placed in corrugated box. We do not roll and compress any of our products as this may damage the product. We carefully package all of our other products to avoid any damage in transit.
Do you require that your packages to be signed for at time of delivery?
We do not require a signature upon delivery. The FedEx/UPS driver may leave the package without a signature if they feel it is secure. If you require a signature, then please let us know and we will be glad to request it.
Do you resell returned products?
Never!
How long will it take to receive a refund once the item is returned?
If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5 business days once an authorized return is received at our warehouse, is inspected and is confirmed that the product was unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in their original sealed packaging.
